SALARY: UP TO £38,000

Are you an experienced team leader ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a dedicated Deputy Manager to join a fantastic team in a Widnes-based children’s home that specializes in supporting young people with EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) and challenging behaviours.
This is a great opportunity to help lead a small, effective home that currently cares for up to two children and has a “GOOD” Ofsted rating.

As the Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the home remains a safe and therapeutic environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the day-to-day management of the home.
• Stepping up to manage the home in the absence of the Registered Manager.
• Supporting the recruitment and development of the staff team.
