We are looking for a passionate and experienced Deputy Care Manager to help lead our dedicated team in providing therapeutic care to children and young people in our residential homes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, a commitment to best practice, and a desire to help young people thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Leading care practices in the home and deputising for the Registered Manager
  • Overseeing staff supervision, development, and performance
  • Ensuring compliance with safeguarding protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Working directly with children to promote positive relationships and outcomes
  • Planning shifts, allocating resources, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations
  • Supporting the development and implementation of individual care and therapeutic plans
  • Collaborating with external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for young people
  • Promoting an inclusive, nurturing, and stable home environment
