We are currently recruiting a Deputy House Manager to assist in leading one of our specialist solo or dual-occupancy homes. You will support the Registered House Manager and be a visible leader on the floor - guiding, supporting, and role-modelling excellence for our exceptional team of Children’s Residential Support Workers.
This isn’t a job for someone who wants to manage from behind a desk. It’s a role for someone who wants to be present, accountable, and involved - someone who’s ready to step up, lean in, and lead from the front.
