  • At least 3 years’ experience in a residential or nursing home, including 1 year working with people living with dementia
  • Strong communication skills with experience conducting effective person-centred one-to-ones
  • Live within 30 minutes of the Home
  • Driving licence (preferable)

We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified and compassionate Nurse ( RGN, RMN or RNLD to join our welcoming 42-bed Care Home in Sleaford as Clinical Deputy Manager. You’ll be supported by an experienced and friendly team, where your leadership and expertise will be valued, and where a strong focus on continuous learning and clinical excellence is at the heart of everything we do.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work alongside the Home Manager to ensure residents receive the highest standards of care while motivating and supporting your team to thrive.
  • Oversee care planning, ensuring all plans are completed within company timescales and reviewed at least monthly.
  • Manage and monitor medication processes, including weekly audits, timely ordering, correct handling, and safe returns to the pharmacy.
  • Foster a positive, person-centred culture where residents’ wellbeing is always prioritised.
