We boldly go. Job Summary: He/She should have 8-10 yrs experience in Solution Sales of BMS & IBMS (FAPA, ACS, CCTV, Physical Security) project sales in the industry. Strong in technical & a team player. Should have worked with the local consultants and aware of the BMS/IBMS market. Responsible for Order Booking & Revenue for the Year & on month-on-month basis Responsible for Generating Lead to Order Closure Savvy on latest trends in the BMS industry, handle tenders (Major Private), willing to learn new tools and work under stringent MIS systems Preferably having experience of handling Project/Solution Sales. Should have experience in working with ELV Consultants, ELV/MEP Contractors. Verticals: Builders, developers, Hospitality, Healthcare, Pharma, Commercials. Ready to Travel. Good experience in the Assigned Market/Region. Solution/Products knowledge: BMS, Fire Alarm System, Security products (CCTV Cameras, Access Control systems etc), Physical Security Systems Like (Baggage Scanners, Boom Barrier, Turnstile, bollards etc) Qualifications: Experience: 7-10 Years Must have a proven track record of developing and closing net new business Must have strong presentation skills and demonstrated experience pricing systems for customers Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related discipline Region Handling – Punjab, Himachal, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan Base Location: Gurgaon or Chandigarh We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs. Responsibilities

Responsible for driving order booking and revenue through the sale of BMS and IBMS solutions across the North region. This includes generating leads, handling tenders, and managing relationships with consultants and contractors.
