OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to assist our Store Manager in leading our team. In this role, you will be responsible for motivating your team, leading by example, and setting a high standard to drive sales and customer retention. You will run the store in the Store Manager’s absence and be expected to push your team to achieve their best. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation, enabling them to build rapport with both their team and customers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in Retail Management is highly desired.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive drive to achieve personal and team sales goals.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
