Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1. Well Knowledge In Development of Process and Product for Sheet Metal-BIW Parts and Aggregates like Frame Assy, Cabin Sub Assy, Cargo Assy.2. Expertise in Product development activities involving Component Development, Plant Engineering, Production Line Balancing Through Cycle time, Material Handling Planning & Approval, Line Lay outing, Development of new sources (Suppliers selection), Monitoring & Project Coordination and Procurement of materials from sources.3. FTG Trails ( buy off- HLTO ) installation and commissioning.4. TSO, DAP, APQP , PPAP , FTG approval from SuppliersSkills required:Technical discussion, Feasibility Study and GD&T study with design team and supplier to make process simplified. Line Lay outing of New Project. Sound Knowledge of Catia, forming Suite and other sheet metal related Software Installation of new project in Plant with all activity. Increase Productivity with the help of tact time study.Making Standard Work Instruction of the process & control plan Knowledge on Proto parts Tools & Fixtures Development Knowledge of Teaching & Programming Robots and Hands-On Experience Robotic Spot Welding, Mig Welding, Projection Welding Weld Up Down Trials & Weld Parameter Finalization.Experience 5-10 yearsIndustry Preferred Automotive industryQualifications Diploma in Tool Design / B.Tech / Specilisation in Robotics & Automation General Requirements 1. Well acquainted with APQP & PPAP activities2. Vendor up-gradation thru Technical Assistance & Guidance3. Expertise in VAVE
