The Impact You'll Make   As our Deputy Manager Sales you will drive frontline sales through direct and channel business . You will lay strategies to translate them into measurable growth, improved efficiency, and lasting customer value.What You’ll Be Doing   Owning Danfoss Drives business for Mumbai / Pune & Maharashtra Region (OEMs, EPCs. System Integrators, Contractors, Partners) and managing Partners across segments like HVAC/R; F & B; General Industry, Textile; Power, Pulp & Paper, Material Handling, Crane ,Lifts, etc. Take ownership of the business in all aspects – Sales Revenue, Profitable growth, Accounts receivables, etc. and support profitable growth of Partners in the region Work closely with Partners and enable them to improve business processes and increase productivity What We're Looking For Engineering Graduate with minimum 10 years of experience in engineering product sales Knowledge in HVAC/R; F & B; Power, Material Handling, Textile; & General Industry Markets & Products preferred – Drives; Machinery OEMs; Motors, Servos; Switch gears, etc. Prior experience with Channel sales is preferred Self-motivated to drive growth through initiatives, communication skills & teamwork spirit Good communication skills in English (verbal & written) and other regional languages will be an added advantage. Most important is your business approach and interpersonal skills with customers at all levels.
