• To support the Manager and in a deputising role.
• To respect the client’s dignity, independence, rights and choices at all times

• Providing high quality care to clients including those with complex needs
• Assisting with new client assessments
• Assisting with compiling and reviewing client care plans
• Participating in the on call rota, responding to urgent out of hours calls.
• Assisting with recruitment, interviewing and selection of care staff
• Assisting with induction and training of new recruits
• Assisting with monitoring and supporting a team of carers
• Promoting and maintaining CQC compliance and Social Services contractual requirements.
• Assisting with production of weekly rotas and coordinating care using Carefree software system
• Providing administrative support in the office if required
