Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES : a) Managing Component Methods & Process, Special Process, CNC Programming, and reporting to Department Head team progress against deliverables. b) Responsible for planning deliveries of components production documentations. c) Conceptualization, Development & Implementation of New Products & Project related to sheet metal & machining and responsible for New product development.    d) Preparing Check Sheet to meet aerospace requirements at different stages of inspection like RM  PO placement, RM receipt, Machining, Material handling, Packing of parts, preparing Quality documents  etc. to make it 100% full proof method. e) Selection of cutting tools, process planning for Aerospace industry f) End to end responsibility of NPD project and accountable for increasing profitability and achieving business objectives g) Carry out feasibility study for new parts h) Machining of Materials such as Aluminium Titanium Inconel & Steel for Aerospace industries. i) Finalize the type of fixture required as per the process and machine  j) Finalize the process for FAI & prove the part k) Adapt in Process planning comparison, Selection & trials of new tools for various processes. l) Adapt various quality control systems (APQP, SPC, FMEA, and PDCA).  m) If necessary selection of CNC Machines for new projects, Programming and Application. (CNC Turning, Milling, Boring, Drilling, Broaching) is required.    Education - BE in Mechanical or DME Experience - 5-10 Years
Responsibilities
Manage component methods, CNC programming, and the end-to-end development of new aerospace products. Responsible for process planning, quality documentation, and increasing profitability through efficient machining of specialized materials.
