REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualification Required and Area of Discipline
  • Minimum diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building services or mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems
  • Prior working knowledge on regulatory requirements and legislations
  • Proficient in using e-procurement platforms and experience preparing tender specifications
  • Ability to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct risk assessments.
  • Good analytical skills and project management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and strategic planning capabilities
  • Team player with good interpersonal, communication skills to collaborate and manage with various Stakeholders.
  • Good time management on tasks allocated, resourceful, self-motivated, driven with the ability to multi-tasks.
  • Positive work attitude, ability to work with all levels of staffs and strong team player.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skill.
    Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
