Job Description Job Description Preparation of annual and interim reporting forms with SEC i.e. form 10K and 10Q. Preparation of consolidated financial statements under US GAAP framework. Preparation of accounting memo under US GAAP for accounting transactions. Accounting evaluation under ASC 842 – leases and preparation of detailed working. Analysis of revenue contracts in line with ASC -606 and prepare revenue recognition memorandum. Share based payments accounting and evaluation. Defined benefit plan accounting and reporting. Preparation of consolidated financial statements in ERP (Oracle). Analysis of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss on monthly basis. Complying with SOX controls and filing the checklist on monthly basis. Qualifications CA
