Financial Reporting team at Ford Credit Global Business Center (FCGBC), part of FCE Bank plc Accounting shared services, providing technical accounting services to several locations across Ford Credit in Europe (Europe Segment) with 35+ experienced and qualified accounting members at Chennai and Remote locations. Financial Reporting team deliver month end, quarter end and annual accounting services to FCE Bank plc, its branches and subsidiaries. Similar services are provided for Ford Bank Germany (FBG), Ford ECO (parent of both FCE & FBG) and remaining small market. This team liaison with various skill teams like Business Centers, Central Accounting, Finance teams at Europe Locations and skill teams within Ford Business Solutions.  The European Financial Accountant is responsible for the preparation, consolidation, and reporting of financial results for the Europe Segment in compliance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP). This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting to FMCC, supporting transparency and informed decision-making at the corporate level. The position reports directly to the Manager, Financial Reporting and works closely with regional finance teams and global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
The Deputy Manager is responsible for the preparation, consolidation, and reporting of financial results for the Europe Segment in compliance with US GAAP. This role ensures accurate and timely financial reporting to FMCC while liaising with various regional finance teams and global stakeholders.
