ABOUT THE ROLE

As Deputy Manager, you will play a vital leadership role in supporting the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the nursery. You’ll lead by example, inspire the team, and ensure a high standard of care and education is consistently delivered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Nursery Manager in all aspects of nursery operations
• Lead and mentor staff to maintain a high-quality, child-focused environment
• Ensure policies, procedures, and statutory requirements are met
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider community
• Take initiative in planning, monitoring, and evaluating educational activities
