THE OPPORTUNITY:

As Deputy Manager, you will get the chance to work alongside dedicated management and operational care teams, playing a vital role in developing and maintaining excellent care services.You will be constantly engaging with all colleagues and tenants/residents to ensure care plans are continuously reviewed and tailored to provide the best support, whilst also seeking guidance from care professionals that we partner with.
