We are looking for a compassionate and driven Deputy Manager to join a well-established residential care home. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of nurses and carers in delivering outstanding person-centred care to elderly residents.

As Deputy Manager, you will be a key member of the home’s leadership team, providing clinical expertise and operational support. You will:

• Lead your shift with positivity and professionalism, fostering a supportive environment for residents and staff.
• Assess resident needs and promote their well-being, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
• Support the Home Manager by overseeing daily operations in their absence, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the home.
• Create, implement, and audit person-centred care plans.
• Monitor resident care and wellbeing, administering prescribed medication in line with policies and regulations.
• Coach and lead a team of nurses and carers to deliver high-quality clinical care.
• Continuously learn and embrace development opportunities to improve care standards.
