Forest Care Selection are currently support an innovative and national charitable provider of a variety of care and support services for individuals with a physical disability.
This provider has an opportunity for a Deputy Manager to assist the registered manager in overseeing their well-established specialist nursing home setting in the Southampton area.
The home is specifically adapted to enable the best experience for residents with a physical disability and offers a range of facilities.

The Deputy Manager in Southampton will:

• Assist the registered manager will all aspects of the running of the service.
• Deputise for the registered manager in their absence.
• Lead an established care and nursing team

The Deputy Manager in Southampton will need to have:

• RGN nursing qualification with active PIN
• Experience of leading care and nursing teams in a complex care setting
• Excellent communication skills and flexibility to work across rostered hours.
