Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to ensure smooth on-ground activities for the project store unit so as to ensure timely inflow and outflow of products at various stores. The incumbent will seek to drive adherence to the set SOPs and sustain the adequate conditions for product maintenance. The focus of this role lies on driving the process of perpetual inventory/material reconciliation, maintaining min/max inventory, executing timely mobilization and preserving the product at the highest quality levels while minimizing pilferage. Key Responsibilities Delivery – Collaborate and support the Lead/ Vertical Lead - Store in the evaluation of procured materials, Hardware, software etc. in conjunction with the Quality team. Ensure timely mobilization of purchased stock. Dive adherence to all SLAs and SOPs. Be a key escalation point of contact for functional/enabling teams and external suppliers providing administrative support to both. Collaborate with stores present in nearby projects to optimise delivery requests. End user Management – Provide support on inventory management through accurate collection of data and mitigating risks which could lead to delay  in  execution. Ensure quality of goods, product maintenance as well as timely mobilization to the respective project sites. Drive the process of perpetual inventory for the  store of the  specific project with a focus on balancing the physical inventory with the records present in the system, including the reconciliation of returnable materials. Operational  Metrics  &  Reporting – Create store operational metrics and catalogue sourcing. Create and validate records of items bought, costs (right brand, MRP vs purchased cost), deliveries, product performance, and inventories. Notify the relevant stakeholders for re-ordering in case store inventory reaches minimum level.  People management – Accountable for metrics like attrition, recruitment for team members Maintain a track of errors through statistical techniques and build experience database to aid team training and for reference purposes. Maintain and enhance the functional expertise for teams basis regulatory/industrial offerings. Indicative Experience and Exposure Graduate  and  Post  Graduate   in material  management  with 4-8  years experience in handling stores functions Experience  in handling stores functions at  projects with a scope of   around  INR  500 - 1000  crore
