This role is pivotal in designing and deploying advanced AI/ML models using Vertex AI and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to generate predictive insights across global HR data. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR reporting, automate processes, and support strategic decision-making through intelligent analytics. What you will do Design and implement machine learning models using Vertex AI to address HR challenges such as attrition prediction, workforce planning, and talent analytics. Develop scalable analytical solutions using Python, BigQuery, and GCP tools. Integrate Gen AI capabilities to automate reporting and improve employee experience. Collaborate with SuccessFactors product owners and data teams to gather business requirements and deliver actionable insights. Understand and query GCP data models using BigQuery for data reconciliation and issue analysis. Define and develop GCP semantics models and global HR data analytics architecture. Who you are Experienced in Python, Machine Learning, Vertex AI, BigQuery, SQL, and GCP. Familiar with Gen AI tools and their application in HR contexts. Skilled in working with cross-functional teams and communicating with diverse stakeholders. Knowledgeable in global HR processes, preferably with experience in SuccessFactors. Comfortable working in Agile or SAFe Agile environments. Possess 10–12 years of experience in AI/ML model development, with strong data querying and visualisation capabilities.
