ABOUT THE ROLE
Set in spacious, attractive grounds but with local shops and amenities close by, 23 Trittiford provides care and support for up to six adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. Hightrees service is a small residential home set in Harborne, we support the residents 24/7. We have a rolling rota and work shifts.
The deputy would be required to support residents, staff and manager working alongside the manager to meet our contractual needs supporting each resident to meet their personal outcomes. Supporting with supervisions, audits, care plans to meet both local and CQC requirements
