Hands-on experience on FSP, FSMA, FDA, HACCP, GMP, ISO standards, Halal and Kosher certification processes. Food Safety Plan Development: Create, implement, and oversee the facility’s Food Safety Plan (FSP). Hazard Analysis: Identify biological, chemical, and physical hazards in food production. Preventive Controls: Establish and monitor preventive measures (process, allergen, sanitation, supply-chain controls). Verification & Validation: Ensure controls are effective through scientific validation and routine verification. Recordkeeping: Maintain detailed documentation of food safety activities for FDA compliance. Corrective Actions: Investigate deviations, implement corrective measures, and prevent recurrence. Training & Oversight: Train staff on food safety practices and supervise compliance. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure facility meets FSMA and FDA requirements. Hands-on knowledge on HALAL and KOSHER Halal Compliance and Kosher Ensure raw materials, ingredients, and processes meet Halal standards. Inspection & Auditing: Conduct internal audits and prepare for external Halal certification audits. Supply Chain Oversight: Verify suppliers and logistics partners comply with Halal and KOSHER requirements.
