ICTS Ireland is currently seeking a Deputy Manager to support our team with one of our most prestigious clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to help manage a crucial aviation security operation.
Working with the Contract Security Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations and lead our security teams, ensuring all services meet strict compliance and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to act as the key point of contact in the manager’s absence.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and team performance alongside the Contract Security Manager.
• Lead security staff, ensuring full compliance with all standards.
• Act as the primary client and team liaison when the Contract Security Manager is not present.
• Monitor service delivery and staffing to meet contractual requirements.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and client communications.
• Ensure strict adherence to all aviation security regulations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Management or supervisory experience, ideally within a security, aviation, or regulated environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Capability to manage staff and maintain excellent service delivery.
• Prior knowledge of aviation security regulations is a plus.
• A reliable and adaptable individual who can work with autonomy.
