A forward-thinking, ambitious company is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the opening and management of a 3-bed home in Leeds for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company’s next venture in residential childcare and make a real difference in children’s lives.

As Deputy Manager, you will:

• Support the Home Manager in running a high-quality, compliant service.
• Lead and supervise staff, ensuring excellent care standards are met.
• Help implement policies, procedures, and daily routines in line with Ofsted regulations.
• Contribute to safeguarding, risk management, and behaviour support strategies.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and external professionals.
