Role Overview: The Last Mile Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing last mile delivery operations across Delhi NCR and the East region. This role focuses on ensuring seamless B2B and B2C deliveries, high SLA adherence, efficient partner management, cost control, and superior customer experience. The position plays a critical role in scaling regional operations, managing multiple hubs and 3PL partners, resolving escalations, and driving continuous improvement in last mile performance. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end last mile delivery operations across Delhi NCR and East region. Ensure adherence to delivery SLAs, TATs, and customer experience benchmarks across all hubs. Manage and monitor daily operations of multiple delivery hubs and 3PL partners. Track real-time delivery performance and proactively resolve escalations and exceptions. Drive route optimization, fleet utilization, and manpower planning based on demand forecasts. Review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas. Conduct regular performance reviews, audits, and compliance checks with delivery partners. Coordinate closely with warehouse, central planning, customer support, finance, and tech teams. Control last mile costs by monitoring vendor billing, fuel efficiency, and productivity metrics. Lead and develop regional operations teams, including hub managers and supervisors. Support network expansion, new hub launches, and process standardization initiatives. Requirements: 5–10 years of experience in last mile logistics, regional operations, or delivery management. Proven experience managing multi-city or multi-hub operations (Delhi NCR and/or East region preferred). Strong understanding of last mile KPIs, SLA management, and delivery economics. Experience working with 3PL partners, internal fleets, and gig-based delivery models. Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting; familiarity with GPS and route optimization tools. Strong people management, stakeholder coordination, and escalation-handling skills. Data-driven, result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability. Willingness to travel frequently across hubs and cities (30–40%).
