We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Deputy Manager to join our team. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a drive to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies is advantageous.
  • First aid certification is desirable but not mandatory; training may be provided.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational goals while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Conduct regular surveillance to ensure safety and security within the premises, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Prepare detailed reports on operational performance, incidents, and staff performance for management review.
  • Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and damage to company property.
  • Provide first aid assistance as needed, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in training and development initiatives for staff to improve skills and knowledge.
