Description

Roles and Responsiblities : Will be responsible for preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of sheet metal equipment’s, CNC machines, Assembly Jigs, equipment’s & Utilities. Training and supervising technicians, mechanics, plumbers, and other skilled trades. Liaising with client departments and customers. Maintenance of tools, spares & consumables. Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs. Participation in Negotiation and overseeing contracts. Authorizing, delegating and following-up with maintenance work-orders. Ensuring safety of machines & equipment’s. Kaizen implementation. One-point lessons to improve equipment availability. Co-ordinate for ISO & AS pertaining to maintenance function. Eductaion & Experince : B-tech with ten years experince/ Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation with 15 Years experince. Special Skills : Awareness and knowledge ISO-140001, ISO-45001, AS-9100, IE Rules 1956 CEA, Factories Act 1948 regulations. Heat Treatment and Surface Treatment process of Aerospace Industry. Utility, ELetrical and PLC Hands on experince.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of sheet metal equipment, CNC machines, and utilities. This includes supervising technical staff, managing maintenance costs, and implementing Kaizen to improve equipment availability.
