Job Title Deputy Manager - Maintenance Reporting To Senior Manager Location Gangaikondan Grade/ Level 1B Job Objective   Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment availability, safety, and reliability. The role supports continuous production, minimizes downtime, and ensures compliance with safety and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities     Responsibilities KPIs 1) * Plan and execute preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance * Ensure smooth operation of plant machinery, utilities, and facilities   2) * Prepare maintenance schedules, shutdown plans, and work orders * Coordinate with Production, Projects, and Stores departments 3) * Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.  * Collaborate with IT and business teams to resolve data-related issues. 4) * Proficient in MS Excel (Advanced), Power BI/Tableau, SQL, and ERP systems.  * Knowledge of Python/R for advanced analytics is an added advantage. SECTION VI: ROLE PROFILE REQUIREMENTS   Education * Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Instrumentation                                * Diploma in Engineering with relevant maintenance experience Experience * 5–10 years of experience in plant / project maintenance * Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory role (Experience in manufacturing / solar / EPC / power industry preferred) Competencies CORE COMPETENCIES LEADERSHIP/ BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES * Preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance * Electrical / Mechanical / Utility systems maintenance * Knowledge of TPM, 5S, and reliability concepts   * Team supervision and manpower management * Effective communication and coordination
