As Deputy Manager/Manager (Course Management) you will manage SAA’s training courses and programmes targeted at international government and industry participants.
The role involves engaging with participants, both local and international, to ensure a positive experience from end-to-end i.e. pre, during and post course. It will also include handling all administrative and financial arrangements, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of the programmes and identifying areas of improvements.

The Singapore Aviation Academy (SAA) is the training arm of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore. It drives capability development of aviation professionals for the Singapore air hub and capacity building for the international aviation community. To ensure SAA’s continued relevance and to further establish it as a centre of excellence for aviation knowledge, the SAA is undergoing a transformation of curriculum, andragogy and learning spaces.
