Job Description Title : Deputy Manager/Manager – Admin / IR ( Factory) Department: Human Resources Location : Jhagadia Factory Overview Lead HR & Admin support for our largest Factory in Jhagadia, Gujarat, working closely with the Managers on key initiatives and engagement. Duties and Responsibilities: Statutory & Legal Activities: • Professional Tax Submission - Sika Employees • Factory Plan Approval – Amendment • Factory License - Renewal & Amendment • Annual Returns of Factory – DISH • Stability Certificate of Factory – Renewal • Labour License - Form V to New Contractor • Factory Medical Officer - Yearly Medical Checkup of Sika employees and contract labors • Dealing with legal team for agreements and renewals. Administration House Keeping Management, 5S •Vendor Management (Security / pest control / stationary etc) Maintaining files with contracts / bill copies / vendor details) •Managing Canteen Facilities, Guest House •Transportation (Employees & Guest) •General Maintenance of the office Labor Management •Ensuring factory operation as per the prevailing labor laws of that state. •Keeping and maintaining all the records of the labor •Working closely with the labor contractors to ensure that they are in line with the prevailing labor laws. •Arrangement of Labour for Production as per requirement from Production dept •Arrangement of Labour for Loading & Unloading as per requirement from Supply Chain dept •Allocation & Monitoring of Duties (House Keeping & Drivers) HR Activities •Responsible for Recruitment of Contractual Staff, support recruitment of white-collar employees in Jhagadia •Competency Mapping and training Need Identification for all employees of Business Unit, Coordinate training Program in collaboration with Training Manager. •Employee Onboarding for Jhagadia Factory •Employee Relation – Coordinate festival celebration for boost employee motivation. Resolution of all Factory related HR issues. •Lead effective HR communication in Jhagadia Factory with all levels of employees •Inform & advise Head HR on all issues in a timely manner. •Attendance & Leave Records (Company Staff, Contract Staff & Labour) •Issuing Warning Letter, Notice, Disciplinary action, etc - contract staff Qualifications/Experience: MBA in HR with minimum 12 to 14 years of experience of working in a large Factory location. •Expertise in Factory related compliance management. •Excellent knowledge of Industrial relations and labour laws. •Good networking skills with capacity to deal with people at all levels. •Excellent written and verbal communication skill •Ability to communicate on all levels with good networking abilities •Problem analysis and problem solving Good connections with local authorities / police will be an added advantage •Good interpersonal and management skills Qualifications MBA in HR with minimum 12 to 14 years of experience of working in a large Factory location.
