Primary Responsibilities: AI Enablement Support Assist with the creation and maintenance of AI enablement materials such as FAQs, how to guides, and basic workflow documentation Support onboarding and training activities related to new AI tools and updates Help gather feedback from users, including common questions or issues, and share insights with the broader team Learn how AI tools are used within Marketing and help translate guidance into clear, easy to understand content Community & Knowledge Management Support marketing AI community spaces in SharePoint or Teams by keeping content organized and up to date Assist with coordinating learning sessions, office hours, and community communications Help document best practices, examples, and lessons learned as tools are adopted Program & Coordination Support Assist with tracking task lists, timelines, and status updates for AI enablement initiatives Support meeting coordination, note taking, and follow ups across Marketing, AI, and Technology teams Escalate questions or issues to more senior team members as needed Learn standard program and project management processes used within Optum Insight Marketing Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, information systems, or a related field 5+ years of relevant experience Comfort using Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel Interest in AI, digital tools, and marketing technology Proven solid attention to detail and organizational skills Proven clear written and verbal communication skills At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
