We are currently looking for a new member for the Shopping Centre Management team to join us in the position of Deputy Manager (Marketing) - Mercaden.
Working Place: Mercaden Shopping Center

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Marketing or Communication or Management
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably acquired in shopping centers or retail
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage external providers
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in MS Office and Digital Marketing and Social Media PlatformsOpen minded and creative, with strong communication and presentation skills

• Contributes to the Product Strategy. Proposes, develops and implements the Marketing Plan at Shopping Centre level in order to improve the Shopping Centre’s image, attractiveness, customer loyalty and retention; being marketing “ambassador” at Shopping Centre level
• Introduce the Shopping Centre to institutional entities that may hold future events/exhibitions in its spaces and to communication companies and agencies, for the purpose of making the Shopping Centre enter the channels defined in its communications actions and strategies;
• Coordinate and oversee events, subcontracting services for this purpose, presenting briefings to suppliers and agencies, in order to ensure the promotion of the intended image; Monitor the progress of events and campaigns in terms of receptivity and operability
• Manage the marketing budget of common expenses, attempting to take advantage of the existing synergies to lower the total marketing costs of the Shopping Centre;
• Guarantees the local application of Shopping Centre communication and advertising according to the positioning and visual identity approved.Responsible for work-Briefs for each partner: PR, Social Media, Media and Creative agencies.
• Monitors and guarantees the update of contents on website, facebook and Instagram.
• Contributes proactively for the Customer Experience (e.g. Services), implementing and monitoring results. Ensures the product quality control.
• Monitors and analyzes competitors and proposes proactive and reactive plans; responsible for proper implementation of market research projects.Mall Activation process management, negotiations and implementation in coordination with the advertising community
• Assist in the management of the Shopping Centre, ensuring the quality of the services provided to costumers and tenants;
• Coordinate and prepare all the report information for both owner and management and to monitor the execution of the budget of common expenses, in order to detect and explain the disparities;
• Supporting the processes of invoicing and purchase order management
