We’re now seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Deputy Manager (maternity cover) to join our leadership team and help ensure our children and staff continue to thrive.

As Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the Nursery Manager to:

• Lead, motivate and inspire a dedicated team.
• Ensure the highest standards of care, education, and safeguarding.
• Support daily operations, compliance, and curriculum delivery.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
• Champion outdoor learning and play as part of our everyday practice.
