LOCATION: Leeds - Millcroft (Residential Care) and/or Park Place (Supported Living)
SERVICE TYPE: Mental Health step-down residential rehabilitation
HOURS: Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm, with flexibility to support service needs.
SALARY: £31,000 TO £35,000 per annum depending on experience and remit.

• Knowledge on current legislations relatable to this setting.
• Experience in managing and leading teams.
• Working in a health and social care setting with people with complex mental health needs, learning disability & autistic adults.

Active Pathways are currently recruiting for two new Deputy Manager’s to join our Millcroft and Park Place teams in Leeds as a result of progression. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as an integral part of the team ensuring the individuals we support can live as independently as possible.
