DEPUTY CATERING MANAGER – MONDAY TO FRIDAY DAYTIME

£13.65 PA
We are looking for great people to join our fantastic and friendly team at Arts University Bournemouth.
Offering you an excellent work life balance with mainly daytime Monday to Friday shifts and occasional weekends.
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager who takes pride in providing the highest level of customer service to a consistent standard and enjoy working in a fast pace buzzing student environment.
As Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operation, ensuring our branded café outlets and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food and drink experiences.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising and leading the team to ensure we continually exceed expectations
  • Motivating the team to keep everyone on task
  • Assisting with managing operations, monitoring budgets and implementing action plans
  • Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front with a hands-on approach to make sure everyone can excel in their role
  • Assisting with paperwork when required
  • Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image to our client and customer base
