THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in running a children’s home. This role is ideal for a Senior Support Worker looking to step up or an existing Deputy seeking a new challenge.

DUTIES

  • Assist the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations.
  • Support staff supervision, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure safeguarding policies are followed.
  • Contribute to care planning and behaviour management strategies.
  • Act as Manager in the Registered Manager’s absence.
