Deputy Nursing Home Manager (fully supernumerary), Wirral
Salary - to £55K + benefits

What you’ll do: You will take responsibility for assisting with the safe, happy, efficient and cost effective day to day running of the Home. Working alongside the home’s clinical lead and General Manager you will support on the home’s clinical operations and activities to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents. Developing, promoting and maintaining high standards of care and services, where residents are safe and well protected at all times. Developing, implementing and maintaining the systems and structures needed to run the home in the interests of residents. Proudly champion the Home, promoting and marketing the home in the community. Providing inspiring leadership and motivation of the staff team, driving a positive culture where individuals are supported to achieve their best.
What you’ll bring: A Nursing qualification and current PIN. Strong, supportive and clear leadership skills, team working skills and staff management experience. Ideally, you will have previous, recent experience in elderly Nursing Homes. Good networking and interpersonal skills along with a highly customer focused approach. A good understanding and experience of CQC standards. An assertive, proactive, energetic, motivated and positive approach along with exceptional organisation skills are key.
