Job Description 7 years of AP experience in the shipping industry with familiarity to all types of Terminal, Transport, Port and MNR invoice processing.-Excellent People Management Skills.-Familiarity with process documentation as per ISO standard.-Drive and conduct process compliance, periodic review of process volumes and capacity planning.-Proficiency in MS office application, Power BI and GDS Dashboarding skills.-Conduct quality related training, Impart Training to the New Joiners/ Staff.-Conduct Root Cause Analysis for Process Improvements.-Past Experience in BPO/shared services centers is preferred.-Experience in Transitioning Processes from onshore/ Client Site and preparation of SOPs.-Should be able to do Client and Stakeholder Management.-Experience in Handling Large Teams along with Team Leads. Responsibilities
This role involves driving process compliance, conducting periodic reviews of process volumes, and managing capacity planning, alongside conducting quality-related training and imparting training to new staff. The Deputy Manager will also be responsible for conducting Root Cause Analysis for process improvements and managing large teams including Team Leads.
