Training Design & Development Research, design, and develop training modules, materials, and presentation decks covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and soft skills (new initiatives, ad hoc requests, and BAU). Continuously review and enhance training content to ensure relevance, market competitiveness, and alignment with business objectives. Training Delivery & Facilitation Conduct engaging classroom, virtual, and roadshow-based training sessions for bank partners and internal stakeholders. Deliver product briefings, refresher sessions, and sales activation programmes to support new product launches and campaigns Sales Enablement & Performance Support Translate product features into clear sales propositions and practical selling approaches. Support frontline sales teams with coaching, role plays, and on-ground engagement to improve sales conversion and quality. Reporting & Project Support Coordinate and support training-related reporting and initiatives, including BSC quarterly reporting, CPD tracking, and programme effectiveness. Assist in planning and execution of training calendars, roadshows, and nationwide programmes. Compliance & Certification Support Ensure all training programmes comply with regulatory and company requirements. Support certification initiatives (e.g TBE) where applicable.
