We are The Old Rectory Residential Care home located in Acle, we care for the elderly, some of whom have dementia.
We are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated Deputy Manager who can demonstrate strong leadership skills. You will be able to identify risks, write care plans, supervise other members of the team, have a good knowledge around medication, safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty.
You will require excellent communication skills and be able to build good relationships with residents, relatives and other Healthcare professionals.
The suitable applicant will require a minimum of 2 years experience within a residential/nursing home ideally in a supervisory position and will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent and would be willing to undertake further training. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
Good rates of pay, negotiable subject to experience.
