Job Description Professional with 5 to 8 years experience in System Development (any one sub-system for Powertrain) with good analytical skills and having a good know how of Engine / vehicle emission & performance calibration, ICE combustion, overview of overall automotive market , vehicle E/E architecture. Basic python scripting , MATLAB knowledge, will be an added advantage The purpose of this position is to 1) develop Platform solution (Predevelopment) considering both legislative and market requirements for different powertrain (Diesel and Hydrogen Engine to be specific) and different segments. 2) Execute the platform demonstrators wherever necessary to develop data for product development (Requirement engineering ) and define system definition for every segment within Diesel and Hydrogen engine powertrain 3) Customer project acquisition support to sales by adapting Platform solution to customer project 4) Project management within pre-development team Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics) Additional Information Functional skills expected 1) Advanced problem solving skills 2) Competent Stakeholder management skills (internal and external) 3) Competent Communication and project management skills Technical skills expected 1) Detailed overview on overall automotive market and technology trends 2) Know how on engine combustion for Diesel, H2E, Overview of different hybrid electric system topologies 3) Detailed understanding of emission legislation for different segments 4) Experience in Engine performance and emission calibration for diesel / H2E, 5) Experience in usage of calibration and data visualization/ analytics tools such as INCA, MDA, Uniplot... 6) Basic python scripting , MATLAB knowledge, basic understanding of Vehicle E/E architecture design, CAN communication will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
