DESCRIPTION

Harley Street Wellbeing Centre is looking to recruit a Deputy Manager to join the team. This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week
Located right in the heart of London’s prestigious medical district, Priory Wellbeing Centre Harley Street is one of the UK’s leading mental health clinics. We provide fast access to expert mental health support for a range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, stress, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), addictions and eating disorders. In addition, we offer private autism assessments for adults and children.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the centre and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you’re assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.

You will also;

  • Manage diary scheduling, appointments, room bookings, and reception cover
  • Oversee referrals, waiting lists, Salesforce records, and patient documentation
  • Handle billing, financial tracking, complaints, and compliance with audits and procedures
  • Lead and support the admin team, including training, onboarding, and maintaining front-of-house standards
  • Liaise with clients, manage correspondence, monitor feedback, and support therapists and service promotion

    You can find additional information in the attached job description.

Ideally, you’ll know healthcare environments and feel confident communicating with a range of people. Strong IT abilities, excellent organisational skills, and proficiency with common office software.

We want you to succeed at Priory and thrive in your role. You will be well supported with regular career conversations. We also offer full training and numerous pathways into leadership and qualified clinical positions to help you shape your career with us.
