Description

* Manage sourcing and procurement of Packaging materials, indirect materials and capex items including: * Corrugated boxes, Pads, Bottles, Flexible packaging, Rigid packaging. * Signages, Furniture, Lighting, Refrigeration, Kitchen Equipment, Plastic, MetalWare/ Fabrication, Marketing POSMs, etc. * Conduct vendor identification, onboarding, and performance management * Develop and use costing models for evaluating supplier proposals * Perform price comparisons, total cost of ownership analysis, and cost benchmarking * Track and analyze commodity price trends and market movements * Lead price negotiations and ensure value-for-money procurement * Ensure timely purchase order processing and supplier coordination * Liaise with internal stakeholders across functions (Marketing, Projects, Operations) * Maintain procurement documentation and reporting in line with company policies * Support sourcing standardization and cost-saving initiatives Preferred Industries: * QSR / Food Chains * Retail / Hospitality * Automotive (Direct Sourcing Experience) * White Goods / Consumer Durables * Manufacturing Varun Beverages Ltd (VBL) is 2nd largest franchisees of PepsiCo globally, and a key player in the Global beverage industry. Responsibilities

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement of packaging materials, indirect materials, and capital expenditure items, including vendor identification, onboarding, and performance management. The Deputy Manager will lead price negotiations, perform total cost of ownership analysis, and ensure timely purchase order processing while liaising with internal stakeholders.
