Job Requirements • Responsible for establishing Quality systems and procedure at Gold Jew Manufacturing vertical • Responsible for Driving WBQ initiative at GJ Mfg in Bulk • Establish Process Quality for Findings and Components towards Benchmark • Streamlining bought out material Quality • Establishing Single Quality Gate at Mfg • Creating and Deployment of Standards and Guideline • Identify the root cause and complete the corrective/preventive actions External Interfaces Internal Interfaces • Ensuring deployment of Quality standards and guidelines across Mfg Units. • Deploying all new initiatives at all units and Gold Jew Manufacturing like WBQ, light weight guideline • Knowledge transfer to Inspectors & Karigars on Quality requirements • Carrying out 1st Bulk Audit for New collection launch • Incorporate NPIM feedback during bulk delivery • Process Benchmark for Critical Process • Training & Awareness of Quality standards to Karigars, QC & Vendors • Skill Building for Karigars • Process audit at Vendor locations • Establish the Processes for Findings Mfg • Establish process control through control charts • Benchmark with international brands and create user friendly findings Work Experience • Graduate in Engineering (Mech or Metallurgy) • 3-5 Years of Industry Experience • Expertise on Gold Jewellery Mfg in Casting & Machine-made Routes • Knowledge on components and Findings Mfg will be an added advantage • Process champions in all the above areas and specific • Structured deployment approach • Practice DWM and Project Reviews • Analytical & Presentation skills • Mentoring Team • Interpersonal relationship • Communication skills (written and verbal) • Eye on engineering concepts to apply in Jewellery • Focus on Construction and Re-engineering principles • CNC Programming & CAD software – Basic knowledge • Jewellery Manufacturing knowledge – Casting Route • Oracle – All transactions and Reports

Responsibilities

Establish and drive quality systems, procedures, and WBQ initiatives within the Gold Jewellery Manufacturing vertical. Responsible for streamlining material quality, creating standards, and conducting audits across manufacturing units and vendors.
