VOIS #BeUnrivalled #CreateTheFuture About this Role We are seeking a detail-oriented professional fluent in German to support financial transaction processing and reporting within the REFX module. This role is based in Pune and sits within the Real Estate DE - Vantage Tower team. The individual will be responsible for lease accounting, contract management, and stakeholder communication, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all activities What you will do Create, modify, and approve contracts in the REFX system Communicate with German-speaking stakeholders and vendors Maintain and monitor process controls Apply lease accounting principles and procedures Ensure accuracy and timeliness in business-as-usual (BAU) activities Meet KPIs and SLAs Deliver high-quality work within deadlines Who you are Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English, both written and spoken Skilled in stakeholder management Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills Have basic accounting knowledge Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset Not a Perfect Fit?
