Blatchington Manor is a purpose-built specialist dementia care home in Seaford, providing specialist care for up to 43 residents.
We are seeking RGN or RMN with experience of working in a managerial or supervisory role, this person will need to be able to demonstrate leadership and mentoring skills.
As RGN/RMN Deputy Manager, you will help coordinate the day to day running of the home, alongside the manager. You will deliver effective clinical leadership and line management to the non-clinical teams in addition to assist with managing budgets and resources.
