We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join our Residential Service.
As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in leading not just the operations of the home, but also set the tone for a caring, trauma-aware culture — making sure staff consistently respond with empathy and curiosity to meet the needs of those they support.
Our residential offering provides specialist 24/7 treatment for children with complex psychological, emotional, and behavioural needs. We are extremely passionate about changing the face of care. Our unique evidence-based therapeutic approach puts children at the centre of our team and ensures the child or young person’s voice is encompassed in all that we do.
Our first Residential home is based near Maidstone, Kent.
Some shift work will be required to ensure you can effectively oversee and lead all aspects of residential care.
