Job Description Ensure IPS remains at the forefront of new concepts in HSE with respect to technology for construction safety management, process safety, and employee wellness Interact with clients to ensure the best class programs are implemented as part of the overall IPS HSE offerings Provide guidance to management to minimize risk associated with existing or new health & safety services Promote a comprehensive program that prioritizes wellness across all key initiatives Effectively leverage protocols for incident reporting, investigation, and corrective action, promoting a proactive approach to health and safety risk management Design and implement a comprehensive health and safety risk assessment program across project sites, identifying potential non-compliance actions, hazards and implementing effective control measures to mitigate risks Qualifications & Requirements 15-20 years of HSE experience Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred Ability to travel and work effectively with diverse groups About Us IPS, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is a global leader in technical consulting, architecture, engineering, procurement, construction management, commissioning, qualification, and validation services for technically complex facilities.
