We’re hiring! Aon Vietnam is currently recruiting Deputy Manager – Sales (Health Solutions) to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. Responsibilities: Drive growth by focusing on new business acquisition and building a strong sales pipeline within Health Solutions. Identify, approach, and win new clients (new logos) through proactive prospecting activities (cold calls, meetings, networking). Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, taking ownership of opportunities from prospecting to closing. Execute sales plans aligned with revenue targets and local market strategy. Engage client stakeholders (especially HR teams) to understand needs and propose suitable solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive proposals and support deal conversion. Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting using internal systems. Skills and experience that will lead to success We are looking for a driven sales professional with a strong hunter mindset. Proven experience in B2B sales / business development, preferably in insurance, employee benefits, or financial services. Strong new business acquisition skills with the ability to build pipeline proactively. Good communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills. Results-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working towards sales targets. Proactive, resilient, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
