Select support partnerships are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team. We are a leading supported living provider.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a care home/supported living setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• A passion for providing exceptional care

• Assist the Registered Manager in the overall management and operation of the services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Develop and implement care plans for residents
• Lead and supervise the care team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and development
• Assist with financial management and budgeting
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
