Role Overview: As Deputy Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering excellent care and operational standards across three supported accommodation services. Collaborating closely with the Registered Service Manager, you will lead and develop a dedicated staff team, maintain regulatory compliance, and create environments where young people feel safe, heard, and supported to thrive.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships with Young People and other professionals.
  • Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), with a Level 5 qualification highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023 and Ofsted standards.
  • Successful supervisory or management experience in social care settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
